Christmas Tree Festival 2012!
There is going to be another one! Following the success of the 2011 Festival, at which 84 trees were displayed, 1500 visitors received and more than £5000 raised for the Family Worker Funds, a proposal was put to the Church Council on 16 February to hold a Festival in 2012.
The Church Council agreed that a second Festival would enable us to continue to develop the connections made with the wider community, in particular the businesses on the High Street. The 2012 Festival will be from Saturday 1st December until Sunday 9th December. Put the dates in your diary now and look out for further news in the months ahead.
