2010 LENT APPEAL

Harris HospisCare provides clinical home care, day care, outpatient, lymphoedema and hospital services to those requiring palliative care across the London Borough of Bromley, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Their specialist team of doctors, nurses, social workers, counsellors and physiotherapists provides a holistic service, offering physical, social and spiritual support to those facing life-threatening illness.
Each situation is different and Harris HospisCare treats everyone as an individual, striving to make their own unique situation better. The staff work hard particularly to support patients in their own home which, for the majority, is where they wish to be cared for.
The care offered by Harris HospisCare encompasses not just the care of the patient, but extends to their family and friends, giving support and understanding to all those affected.
HARRIS HOSPISCARE - MISSION STATEMENT
Harris HospisCare aims to improve the quality of life of its patients through the provision of specialist palliative care, by supporting families and carers and by supporting and educating fellow healthcare professionals.
