Families Together at OMC   Meets 4-6pm on the second Friday in the month after school activity for children Reception to Year 6.  £2.50 per child, per monthly session.  Children and parents or carers are warmly welcome for Bible-based activities, stories, crafts, singing, games, prayers, and film on the big screen ... LOADS OF FUN ... plus a sit down tea for all!  Parents or carers are expected to stay with their child or children for the sessions.  Kim 01689 836220.

Flowers in Church   If you wish to make a donation towards church flowers simply add your name to the list on the notice board inside the concourse doors.  The floral display is an integral part of our worship and at the close of the day the flowers bring cheer and hope to many who are sick or aged and infirm, or to those who have something to celebrate.  If you would like to be part of the flower arranging team please let us know on a Sunday morning.  Pat 01689 876118

House Fellowships   It is not always possible, in the context of a church service, to ask questions, discuss the issues that have been raised, share one’s personal needs, or be prayed for.  The house fellowship groups meet monthly, offering friendship and support as needed.

Men's Lunch Club   This takes place in the Hulbert Hall on the third Monday of each month, but not in August, and all men are welcome.  The lunch is prepared by a team of ladies from the church and is served at 1pm.  There is usually a speaker after the lunch.

NCT with Mothers & Others   Parents and carers meet in the Church Hall on Mondays 2-3pm term time for a chat and tea and biscuits while babies and toddlers play and have fun.  Helen 07973 231688

Office   The office is usually open on Thursdays 1-2.30pm. 

Pastoral Services   Baptisms, weddings, funerals and counselling by arrangement with the minister.  He can be contacted after worship or at his home.  In the event of any other pastoral need please inform him directly, or via one of the church stewards, the group leader, other pastoral contact, or the church office.  Minister 01689 825129
 
Premises   Most of the week our premises are fully booked.  It is therefore essential that dates of meetings, cancellations or special bookings should be arranged or notified as early as possible with the letting secretary.  Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.  We do not accept bookings for parties.  Pamela 07904 958530

Sparklers   Fridays during term time 1.30-3pm in the Church Hall - bumps, babies,  pre-school children and adults of any age!  This weekly get-together provides a place for you and your little ones to relax and meet others.  We aim to provide toys and other activities, a Bible based story (sometimes with puppets), songs, and splodgy creative stuff - drinks and biscuits too.  At the moment there is a waiting list for Sparklers.

Uniformed Groups and Youth Clubs   Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Phoenix Explorers - all meet weekly on the church premises.  To contact by email - go to the bottom of Tots to Teens page.  Nic 01689 813401

VYP (Volunteer Youth Project)   An annual sponsored walk of 30km  takes place in May, involving the whole church community.  Proceeds are distributed to approved charities, also funding voluntary service at home and overseas for special projects involving young adults who are part of the church community.  Ron 01689 829766

Wednesday Circle   These meetings are for ladies of all ages and are held in the Wesley Room at 8pm on the first Wednesday in the month (no meeting in August).  There is usually a speaker.  Some of the members of Wednesday Circle visited Squerryes Court in July 2011 for Afternoon Tea. Working Party   This group meets on Thursday afternoons between 1pm and 4pm to help carry out repairs and improvements to the premises.   Some of the members are responsible for the upkeep of the church gardens - a job very well done as you will see from the picture of the front garden in the summer.  Everybody is welcome – all ages - male or female - there are plenty of jobs for everyone!  Ernie 01689 835081
