When the VYP Committee made the decision to go ahead with this year's Walk we had no idea how it would be received after such a long break. However, we have been thrilled with the response and enthusiasm that we received from Marshals and Walkers. It seems that you had all missed this great event as much as we did. We would like to thank everyone in the Church and the Uniformed Organisations for all their help in making our very-much-delayed 53rd VYP Walk so special. |

The top ten walkers were: 1st Keiran Bowman; 2nd Louis Watson; 3rd Christina & James Watson; 5th Chris Buchanan, Adam & Alex Fuller; 8th Matthew Brown & Amy Tansill; 10th Joe Wiggett & Richard Cox. Congratulations to them all and especially to Keiran Bowman, who received the Martin Friend Trophy. Our youngest walker in the main walk was Luke Stark (aged 5) and our youngest walker was Saskia Daniel (aged 3). |
